is it at risk?

last week ,i go to the hospital  to do a hiv test,
i do not remember whether  the nurse wear the gloves,maybe not.
i can sure he use a new needle from a pocket,did not reuse the needle....
then he draw  blood  for me,at last he passed a cotton to me;
the cotton should be soaked with alcohol...
i notice that the side of the cotton is no blood,i do not carefully check the other side of the cotton,
if the cotton with little blood which was belong to the last people,then i use the cotton to cover my skin,is it at risk?
i know i was so irrational and unrealistic,i know i was so sensitve...
and i did not have unprotect sex with any other people except with my wife,
i also did not drug addicts...
i just want to move on,i just want to back with my normal life....
i can not control myself to think about all the possibility  to affect the hiv...

all the expert and doctor who was in the medhelp and poz  say no risk...no need to test .

maybe you are right,i know i am so sensitvie,and the whole thing is so irrational,i need to move on...
can i understand this way about the needle infection.
1、reuse the needle when the hiv+  used immediately;
2、the cotton contain a lot of fresh blood ,when i have open wound which did not like the needle hole on the skin,it needs  a lot of fresh blood to lots of fresh blood?
no matter what he wear the gloves or something in the cotton?
pls,thanks....
