HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

So i dnt need testing? i have readed some where on this forum , you or i think lizzie lou syaing that cut have to be fresh & bleeding to be any risk & also readed that doctor saying to be any risk skin penetration is needed with a needle or blade , in my case was a knife with blood on it & it penetrated my hand ,so her blood went in me for sure ...still no risk??in my sitution my cut was fresh & bleeding  & came in contact with fresh blood , so still i have no risk?
