Test is required only if you've UNPROTECTED vaginal/anal sex or shared needles for injecting IV drugs.

Let's make some things clear. First of all, HIV is not transmitted via condom PROTECTED vaginal/anal sex.
Neither oral sex is considered as a risk of HIV by knowledgeable and experienced HIV experts.
Bottom line, you did NOT have risk of HIV from what you've described and do NOT need to get tested.
