i just have one quick question is there any chance that getting a std at the same time as a possible hiv infection would make a late seroconverter or is it still the 3 months rule and only 6 months for the cheymo, and drugs.

6 months only if the tested is on chemotherapy, on meds after organ transplant, or a heavy recreational drugs user, all of which delay HIV antibody level to be detectable. Other than those 3 months post-exposure.

You can get another STD with HIV but you have a conclusive test result already and no it would not lengthen the wondow period.
