late seroconversion? am i really neg?

Really worried.
In late november early december of 2012 I had a possible exposure to HIV through iv drug use. After this incident, I got sober and had no other possible exposures between that time and the date of my HIV test on march 28th of 2013, almost four months later. My test for HIV was negative but Hep C was positive.
I've been sober almost a year and a half now and just want to move on with my life.
Can I trust my results at almost four months?

You're good to go. Good luck with the HCV and sobriety.

Had you been a chronic IV drug user for years or a casual user?
