Chances of HIV transmission..

I received oral sex abt 3 months back.. i.e, a blowjob..  and it involved insertion in the mouth twice.. both the times for not more than 8 - 10 seconds.. I did not ejaculate insider the mouth.. And there was no kissing or anything else involved.. I did not have any cuts on my penis, and i have a good hygiene..  I'm am freaking out because of this.. And have had no symptoms.. Just that I keep stressed out like mad these days.. And whenever i gt too worked up.. It results in little stool movements.. I have gone through pretty much every page online but i haven't got a solid answer.. What are the chances of me getting infected.. I somehow feel i should know before going in for a test..

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK
The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH

Thank you for your concern and help.. It is a relief to see your post.. I went to the doctor today and got a blood test done.. The reports will be with me by 5 30..  that is 2 hours from now.. I'm praying to god that it turns out negative..  Even the doctor said that its mostly not possible to transfer HIV through oral sex.. But he just said that since it was a sex worker, we cannot always be sure of their oral health.. But he again said it'll mostly be negative..  So I need all your prayers guys.. though i know some of you surely believe that its impossible.. I really wanna change and be a different person.. Its so sad that my govt. allows prostitution even after knowing the risks.. I wanna end it.

Numerous websites/ documents (available online) state that there is some degree of risk of HIV under certain circumstances viz. bleeding gums, ulcers, tiny sores in the mouth of the person giving oral sex...Apparently there have been studies/ surveys carried out which do not ever say that oral sex does not cause HIV on a 120% basis...I would be indeed grateful if you could allay my apprehensions in this regard since I have exercised abstinence form oral sex owing this concern...I wud also be grateful if you could mention some substantiation/ basis for your answer...warm regards...
