while changing position only i noticed the slip , i didnt ejaculate , so i wraped the same condom again and my penis was soft lost errection while i wrapping up the condom , the foreskin was pulled back along the condom , what i think is , the vaginal fluid would have enter through the shaft and reached the head of the penis , and coz i used the same conom those fluids would have enter the hole in the urethre hole'? plz this will be my last  question . i need help.

Doesn't change anything, all that needs to remain covered is the head of your penis.

See a doctor if you are concerned. You never had an exposure, had the condom failed you would have known without a doubt.
