Hi!
I am feeling this same problem of blocked ears. I have read that people in anxiety do crush their teeth all the time unknowingly which results with pain or blockage in ears specially those who are suffering with sinus.
Read my post i believe u and me are in similar kind of situation.

You were told the appropriate time to test and that is all we can advise you and its the only way that you are going to know your hiv status.Your anxiety will go down once you receive your results.

Yes, both yield a conclusive, if negative, result 3 months post-exposure.

First of all most sex workers dont have HIV. Even if the person you had sex with did have HIV, the chance you got it from her after single unprotected exposure is 1 in 2000. Its possibly lower in your case since your unprotected contact was very brief. I am confident you dont have HIV. Get a duo test at 4 weeks mark for your peace of mind.

We don't diagnose or do we discuss symptoms. The only way to know your status is by testing and if you are concerned about your ears see your doctor.
