If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.

i dont have the time or desire to "take it out" on ppl.  hiv is not a game.

test to know your status and then move on with your life.

I know from reading the posts on this forum that symptoms are no indication of hiv but I just want to understand when people say if you are affected by ars its like flu like symptoms, I am booked in for 12 week test and my doctor advises me I am not at risk if my earlier 6 week test was neg.   I am trying to help other scared posters who have symptoms who think they have been at a genuine risk.  My scare has made me really want to help

according to your post on the anxiety forum...it has been 12 weeks since your potential exposure.  test now for a conclusive result.

there is NO reason for us to discuss symptoms when you cannot use symptoms to diagnose hiv.
