oral sex the risk of hiv, syphilis and std

I was damaged near the mucoal of the glans after receiving a condomless passive oral sex with a sex worker on 8/15. It doesn't hurt when I wash the damaged part afterwards, and the wound heals overnight. At the same time, I have glansitis on my glans and the urethral orifice is red and swollen. I can guarantee that sex worker didn't have a lot of bleeding in their mouth. May I ask if I may be infected with sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS and syphilis?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

No one has EVER been infected from receiving oral sex, so you did not have a risk for HIV and you do not need to test.  I will let our members in the STDs forum answer your questions about STDs from this event, but zero risk for HIV.
