3 yrs ago I used a tissue at the bathroom (Public Bathroom) that is already used by unknown person. IF there is a blood on it and I used it is there any risk of having hiv? If that Blood is infected of HIV.

hiv is not transmitted through environmental surfaces or inanimate objects. once exposed to air, hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect.
