paranoid about beautician needle

i visit a beautician who uses a needle for administering insulin to prick pimples, it is a needle without a syringe, then she squeezes out stuff with tissue paper around her fingers, she always uses a new needle for each client. i am paranoid what if one time she forgot. can this be a risk? i asked a nurse and she says hollow bore needle cannot just suck up blood like that in them, is this true, is it true for all kinds of hollow bore needles?
