Freak out elsewhere. You aren't going to get HIV from getting an HIV test. End of discussion.

Today i went to a private clinic in london to get tested for HIV Duo test at 28 days and the result came back negative . what worried me much that the doctor wasn`t wearing a gloves while he was taking the blood sample but iam pretty sure that he used new needle ,cotton and bondage and after he took the blood sample from my arm he applied the cotton straight away on the wound. Afterwards he put the bondage .  is there any risk ? do i need to retest again after this exposure ?
i start to freak out again
