Please seek counseling at the earliest opportunity.  This is an HIV Prevention forum, and you are aware that you did not have a risk for HIV.  We are not able to assist with problems caused by anxiety, but a therapist can help.

Had you asked us about the hand job three months ago, you'd have been told that this was zero risk for HIV.  The only risks for HIV are having unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV drug needles.  A hand job can not transmit HIV nor has it ever during the many years of history that we've known about HIV. You never needed to test for that exposure and certainly not more than once.  A 4th generation duo test is accurate and conclusive at 28 days and beyond.  So, you tested when you didn't have to.

Now you've gone to another massage and this one nothing happened sexually speaking and you are still concerned?  Just touching someone does not lead to HIV.  And most people do not have HIV so assuming everyone does even a massage person is a wrong assumption.  So, for the same reasons as the hand job, this massage was NO risk.  Read through above again how people actually get HIV.  You will be no different and touching or being touched will not lead to HIV.

thanks alot, i think i should deal with my  mental problem.
add info, that massage include other manner, she rided on sme for few mins, still we were all full of clothes(pants and briefs),im afraid could her Vaginal fluid through our pants and infect me? do you think this is a risky manner for any stds? looking forward to your response, ill be really thankful!
no, that is not a risk of anything.  You do not get HIV or STD's through clothing.  Ever.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( vaginal fluid, hands, massage, maybe blood from cuts, vagina rubbing, etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
hiv is fragile in air, not like Covid which is very contagious in air so you are worrying about  the wrong disease when you visit massage workers. You should think twice about the actual Covid risk you are taking --------------------------and forget about the hiv since there is zero risk.
thanks so much,GuitarRox and AnxiousNoMore, you guys really relax me a lot,btw in my country covid is not a problem and i was wearing a mask so maybe covid isnot my problem, again, thanks so much, you are the best.
