plz guide me

i gone through elisa tri-dot test 3 times till now.and every time the results were non-reactive.
but my friend told me that western blot and pcr are the best tests to diagnose hiv completely it seems.....isn't true or false.........plz guide me .............from the past one year i was facing a lot of painful head cramps.i means severe headache.........i am feeling severe pain in back of my neck too.

i just want to clear my doubts.and my doubts are!
1.after sex,within how many days we have to gone through the hiv tests.
2.which test will give accurate results:ELISA TRI-DOT,PCR or WESTERN BLOT.
3.what are the stages of HIV & AIDS.
4.tell me the beginning signs and symptoms of HIV
5.guide me the clear cut idea about swollen lymph nodes.....etc etc.

plz clarify the above doubts.....coz i am getting nervous even if i see or here anything about HIV or AIDS...EITHER in printing or in electronic media.

plz all doctors and friends plz help me and guide me,so that i can guide others too.

You never had an HIV exposure and don't need testing.

I gone for the test after 3months of protected sex with condom but without it I had oralsex.
But not with girls or women.
Had bisexual sex.

If you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex, you have to take an antibody test three months after the exposure. In this case the ELISA Tri Dot works. The other test are used for other purposes. The rest of the questions is better to ask to your healthcare provider.
