possibility of HIV after touching inner part of condom with hand with vaginal fluid

I had sex with csw in asia to be specific Nepal. Sex involved fingering using both hands in turn. so had a fair amount of vaginal fluid in my hand. Same hand was used to touch breast and breast sucking was involved without any breast milk.

Later before actual penetration, she masturbated me as i was having hard to get erection. I used my had on my penis with vaginal fluid as well.

After half erection i tried to put on condom and was confused which part was front and which part was back before rolling it to my penis. In that confusion i touched inner part of the condom which was supposed to cover the head with my hand contaminated with vaginal fluid and rather then using new condom i rolled the condom.

Then after the penetration and ejaculation inside her again still using condom, i withdrew from her and removed the condom and threw in bin. and went to bathroom to clean. I used clean tap water to clean my uncircumcised penis again touching with hand which previously had vaginal fluid.

I was concern after few second and also did checked condom in the bin to know if it has broken. In the tip of used condom i could see small drop of fluid. As the condom was tied up at the base, i cleaned the tip of used condom to know if there was any leakage and there did not seem to be. Threw it again to bin and was again in panic mood and rechecked after few sec and there was fluid in the tip again. so not sure if i used condom correctly.

so my question is:

1)  How likely is transmitting HIV from cleaning head of uncircumcised penis with vaginal fluid using tap water. Again i read HIV virus normally surive in cold temperature and it was winter at that time. Also PH have of 7 is ideal to HIV virus survival. And tap water had ph value of 7 in that area.

2) I have tested for HIV in 29 day, 6week(i.e 42 days), 9 week(i.e 63 days) using first generation combo test that is what the test center told me in kathmandu, nepal. Test result writes:
HIV combi(Ag&Ab)
result :  0.309 (which is below 0.90 thus non recative)
method : Cobas ECLIA

so, my question is, Can this test be called first generation test ?? And how conclusive is it at week 9??  According to doctor Edward W. Hook M.D from askexpertsnow, he seem to say 4weeks is conclusive with first generation test and he even advise his client to continue having se x with their girlfriend after that period if result is negative in 4 weeks time. How valid is it in my case looking at my specific possible exposure??

3) At week 9 plus 5 days, i am having slight uncomfort and mild pain under my armpit, should i be concerned for HIV?? As hiv2 only produce antibody is 9 weeks test conclusive for hiv2 as well.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You should stop examining your armpit and move on from hiv. Your test was a waste of time since you had zero risk. if a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so no need for close inspections because you can't even get it off easily.
