possible exposure is driving me into depression

Alright, heres the scenario.
I went to a gay sauna at like 5 am. Found a guy to fool around with, which i shouldnt have...now im in deep regret. Lots of kissing and making out, he performed oral sex briefly unprotected on me, and he rimmed me alot (not protected). I fingered him with lubricant and proceeded to put on a condom and had like 1.5 minutes of insertive anal sex (protected). I checked the condom after i withdrew to see if any semen had escaped, but it seemed fine. He didnt even *** in the entire encounter. At the end he fingered me a little but i felt uncomfortable and then we ended it....I feel like im destined to start HAART in a year, im so sure ihave HIV. Help

Nothing that you are describing sounds risky for HIV.
Since you are gay and sexually active you should get regular periodical testing for HIV.
But there is no reason to test after this particular incident, or to worry about it

I recently did just about the same thing you did. Drunk and stupid I went to a gay bath house. From what I remember I did most everything safe. I have been going out of my mind with anxiety and depression over the incident. I am physically sick, and think I have all early HIV symptoms, but rationality has to be put in place. Anxiety can destroy some people. I looked up anxiety symptoms along with HIV symptoms, many are or could be considered to be or feel the same. I have my 28 days from exposure on the 20th. I am getting a PCR DNA HIV test. It is a test by ROCHE Labs, and is 99.9% accurate at or after 28 days. It is a costly test, but not going out of your mind may be worth it! I hope your outcome is a good one. Luck is not an issue here. We sometimes make mistakes, that’s life.
But, before you do go out of your mind, look up anxiety symptoms it may actually help you rationalize the situation a little better.

please, i dont mean to sound rude or anything, but I'm just going through probably unwarranted craziness and head-spinning. I havent slept since the incident...i know how HIV is transmitted, but one thing is knowing and then another is actually betting my life on it. Yes, I do sound like a moron at the moment, but once I performed the act, I could not help but question all that i knew about HIV. Its always nice to speak to others for outside opinion, so thank you.

You're a real make of art. You went to a gay bath house and you don't even know how HIV is transmitted. That was real smart of you. You did not have a risk, but I'm sure if you don't learn how HIV is and is not transmitted you will soon be finding out all about HAART. Look in the mirror while you're at it, that is how HIV is transmitted.

But i dont see how there was no risk... gay bathhouses are havens for STD transmissions, and just the promiscuity of the ppl there is enough to make me hit myself over the head for even going there. The guy probably had AIDS or sometihng just by the way he said he liked penetration...and he was brazilian on a business trip so that basically tells me he was positive (im not being racist but brazilian homosexuals have higher HIV rates)

If you are destined to start HAART in a year, it won't be because of the situation you described. You didn't have a risk.

could the fingering be a possible risk??...im not sure if he had touched his inner anus or had precum in his fingers or a cut or something. The cuticle of the finger i used to finger him had a little tiny cut, but there wasnt really any bleeding... sorry, im in a freaking out bit
