Condom worn the wrong way

A week ago i have had intercourse with a male of unknown status . I was the passive one . We used a condom which didnt brake or anything like that . Before we started having sex though , my partner opened the condom and initially , for a moment  , started to put it on the wrong way . He pulled it out , put it on again the right way and then added some lube and then we had sex . Then it occurde to me that what we did might be risky . I have been really afraid ever since and think i might have been infected .I havent been able to sleep well during the whole week .
Is this a very dangerous situation and would you recommend and hiv test for this ?
