red cut and protected sex

I'm sorry,i want to ask a question. I'm a chinese boy. My English is not so good.
First of all,I made love with a sexworker five weeks ago.She gave me a four-minute unprotected oral sex. Then we did a protected sex.
After one minute,when my penis dropped out her vagina without ejaculation,I found the condom only cover the 1/2 of my penis. But my glans (glands) in the condom at least.
However,the most important thing is that on my glans there was a red cut. Maybe it is a thumb cover size. I found no blood coming out from it. It looks like a glans inflammation.
I am worried that wether the vaginal fluid on the surface of the condom stained on my glans (glands) or not When i picked off the condom, especially the red cut.
i am afraid the vaginal fluid flowed into the condom from the bottom of it during the sex time. Because the condom only cover the 1/2 of my penis when i finished it.
i also didn't know whether there was a little hole on the condom, i didn't know it was broken or not. i didn't checked it carefully. Because the condoms were given by sexworkers.I think the condoms were cheap and low-quality.
Now as I am reading, it says that penis foreskin and Glans (glands) have mucous membranes with immune cell linings susceptible to HIV infection. And Inflammation on sensitive skin in contact dramatically increases risk of HIV infection.
The workers of CDC in china told me i am dangerous and i need a test. I am totally scared now.
am i at risk?do i need test?thank you very much!
