i am a male in his twenty's, about 6 weeks ago. i had unprotected oral sex with someone i don't know there hiv status of. He just performed oral on me. he gave me a blow job for maybe a minute and gave me a rim job for like 15 seconds. 4 weeks ago i went to the doctor to get a std check and it was negative. but recently over the last 4 days i have a stomach ache and feeling like dirt. i did not touch him or kiss him he just gave me oral. assuming his status is HIV+. do you think im at risk? or do you think that i am just over worrying.  hope to hear back soon

Penetration is considered anal and vaginal. Anything to do with the mouth, penis, vagina and anus is ORAL.

this might sound dumb, but can you penetrate someone though oral sex penis inserted in mouth? would that count as penetrated sex?

do you think its worth my while get an hiv test anyways?  considering that me may have been hiv+ . I have only symptoms of belly ache and dihrhhia (cant spell) .

You don't have an HIV concern, you never had an exposure.
