First I'm sorry, I am not an English speaker so my English is bad, I am a male, I had an sex with a sex worker 10 days ago, we had oral sex without condom (only fellatio), then sex with condom (It about 10-20 minutes), i didn't ejaculate, So I'm not sure did condoms have holes, Can I be infected with HIV? Should I need to test?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV.  Condoms do not get small holes in them.  If the head of your penis was covered during intercourse, and the condom did not visibly break, you were never at risk for HIV.

There is no detail that you can add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV - you had zero risk, and you don't need a test.
