rubbing of the urethra

my situation was with this unknown man who came up behind me and just started rubbing my urethra area dont know if he had blood on his fingers or semen..then 2 weeks later i started to have some kind of maculopapular rash on chest and really bad stiff neck.. Are these early symptoms of HIV?

pls dont band me? Please are Headaches and neckpains with rash an early symptom of ARS HIV.. I really tried to put this behind me, but even my doctor doesnt know what is causing these symptoms..

Okay, I see what your "symptoms" are.  That;s the third time you stated them, and I did not ask to see them again.  Whatever you add does not change the fact you did not have any risk

So having these symptoms of rash on chest, headaches and stiff necks are all due to something else..
So NO need for testing?

You had no risk and do not need to test.

Your rash and stiff neck have nothing to do with HIV
