scared. Hard to deal with situation

I'm a male and about 7 weeks ago ago, I have had unprotected vaginal intercourse with girl and also received unprotected anal from the boy.

Right after about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for exposure, had following symptoms which majority have gone away:

Fever - body was SO hot but temperature was around 100.
Night sweat - 1 week, when i woke up found my self in wet clothes for no reason
Fatigue - 1 week
Skin Rash - on face and now most of those are disappeared
Headache
Myalgia
Joint Pain - too much leg pain
mild sore throat
canker sore , mucous cyst
dry mouth with lake of saliva production - dehydrated for almost 5 days
lack of appetite
unexplained diarrhea 2-3 times

I have Rapid uni-gold blood test -ve at 4 week (Not 4th gen) .

However, I've following serious symptoms which remained even after 1/2 month.

- Hand and feet gets burning sensation
- Tinnitus (24/7 sound in ear)
- Leg muscle pain throughout the day, it's severe pain
- mucous cyst, canker sore
- Fatigue
- eye tiredness

Am I just getting +ve slowly compared to other people ? specially I heard that if you have another STI then you may see all these symptoms late...I'm scared...

3 Months is conclusive your test though is encouraging. Like Diver has said Never had Unprotected sex again!

You have a risk for HIV from both the unprotected vaginal and unprotected anal. Unprotected anal sex is the riskiest sex possible for HIV.

You need to test IMMEDIATELY with a 4th generation DUO test.

Symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV...........it doesn't matter WHAT the internet says!

See your doctor or nearest HIV clinic ASAP

I wish you the very best

TY. 4th gen came back -ve at 6 week. I'll possibly get RNA test as well .. but symptom persist. I think I'm in one of those 5% who shows up antibody after 6 weeks
I'm hopeful that nothing changes from here onwards....
Your 4th generation tests after 6 weeks of the exposure is conclusive. You do not have HIV. Lesson learned, " Never ever unprotected with anyone, outside our long term mutually committed monogamous relationship"
I think it's 95% conclusive at 4 week but I think I'll need to wait for total of 12 week for 99.97%.
