scared really scared ....feeling like want to kill my self

hi ,on the december 5th 2014, i had sex with an hooker it was protected,but when i returned to my room i had noticed that i had some abrasions on my testis skin,I remembered that my penis had touched my testis for some seconds before the condom has been removed.After some days my nodes around my neck began to swollen and also i had some rashes in my body .I had also had fever lasted for 2 days .If it be symptoms of HIV some body please help me.

First, if you are truly feeling suicidal, get help. Second, you were not at risk of acquiring HIV from the encounter you described. As you state it was condom protected and therefore you were prevented from acquiring the HIV virus (if your partner was even HIV+, which is actually quite unlikely). Third, you would not acquire HIV through superficial injuries to the skin.
