south africa hiv

hi i am from south africa...which has the highest rate of hiv and aids in the world.
On the 20 december i had protected sex with a prostitute and i performed unprotected oral sex on her for less than a minute...she was a commercial sex worker.
it's now almost 3 weeks after this incident...and i notice that i have a swollen lymph node on the upper part behind my neck and 1 on the left side of my neck.
here in south africa they say oral sex is a high risk activity...so does this swollen lymph nodes mean i have hiv? is oral sex really such a big risk? or could this swollen lymph nodes signify an std?
this was my first sexual encounter ever

Use condoms correctly and consistently and they don't fail.

Same as if you were with a non CSW. CSW are more apt to take care of themselves due to their profession.

It doesn't matter with whom you have sex with as long as you have protected sex.

You haven't done anything to put yourself at risk of contracting HIV.
