staple scratch

Hello,
I don't know if I am overreacting or if i should be concern.
Today at work while i was carrying an hiv positive patient's folder, I have accidentally scratched myself superficially in the finger with a staple that was poking out at the front page of patient's folder. Is there any risk of transmission? I mean, if the patient has previously scratched with that staple.

Thanks

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
