HIV symptoms and testing

Hello. Im a guy who lives in Istanbul/Turkey. I had protected sex with a CSW 51 days ago in Bulgaria. We had protected oral and protected vaginal sex. I didnt see a break or leak after the intercourse. Also condom didnt slip while the intercourse. We kissed with our tongues. The problem is next day I started to have a litte bit groin pain when I walk. Anda after 3 days I started have testicale pain and feeling too pee frequently. But I didnt have a discharge or burning while pee. I also felt weakness in my legs. I took anitbiotics for 1 week and after 9 days everything was gone. But after 12 or 13 days I started to have fatigue, sore throat, stomach rumbling, (sometimes diarrhea) weakness at arms and legs, oral thrush, numbness at legs and hands. I felt like every hiv or aids symptoms except fever , rash, lymph nodes, leukoplakia , loss apetite. And my symtpoms are better now after 51 days but I still experience a litte sore throat stomach problems and fatigue. After 16 days I took a antiHIV test in turkey and the result was 0.215 NEGATIVE. I know it was meaningless but I freaked out. And in my country most hospitals are using the 4thgen method but Im not sure about this test. And after 29 days I took the same test my result was 0.217 NEGATIVE. So for another Im waiting for the day 56. It means after 5 days Im going to learn do I have hiv or not. Is my test conclusive at 29 days or can I at least relax a little? I took the test after 10-11 days after symptoms appeared. Im so scared and I can do nothing about my life right now. Im just sleeping and crying. I also took a urine test and syphilis test after 29 days everything was clear.

You can't get HIV is you have an intact condom and you would know if the condom broke. You say it didn't.  So you had ZERO risk.  I suspect you've been told this here before or have at least read it that the only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.  You never needed to test.  NO RISK

Yes you are right but Im worried that maybe I dint realise the break on the condom. So why did I get a testicale pain and urinary system infection (I'm not sure is it an infection or something else) Can I get that even I use a condom? And I remember that I didnt use the resorvier tip of the condom. And I ejaculated while I was in her vagina. Could it case a condom breake? I saw nothing wrong on condom but I didnt check really serious.
stop, you clearly said there wasn't a break.  NO RISK
So I would definitely know if the condom broke right? I still have a little bit sore and dry throat stomach rumbles oral thrush and fatigue. So If I have something it cant due to hiv yes?
I am not sure how more clear I can be.  lol  But yes, you'd know if the condom broke and nothing you talk of would be related to HIV.  No risk
I understand. My last question is the condom I have used has been in my wallet for a month or so, so could there be a permeability? But still there was no break as I mentioned.
You are relentlessly asking anxiety quesitons.  Yes, your condom was fine.  You had no risk.
Thank you for your responses. I feel better now. I am going to take a last test at day 56.  I know it will be negative but for peace of mind I will take it.
What is odd is that you didn't need to test in the first place and I said you had no risk but you are still testing.  Oh well.  I'd consider working on the anxiety issue as that is at the center of this.
Yes youre totaly right. But the symptoms are scaring me like oral thrush sore throat fatigue numbnes diarrhea and other stuff. Probably my symptoms are due to something else.
