Scared I have HIV

Not sure how to start but here we go.........I had sex with a lady that I wish never would have happened as she does anything for money to support a drug habit but anyways that gives you an ideal of what type of person I was with.  She gave me oral which I did insist on a condom and so she gave the oral and stroked me at the same time and was not gentle as she just wanted to finish me as quickly as possible so she cold move on.  Then with the same condom we had sex and I did not think to look to see if damaged happened to the condom as I read you should change condoms after each act and I did not and with the level of harshness she could have damaged the condom jerking and twisting it so hard.  Anyways after about 1-2 minutes of vaginal sex I stop the sex and finish my self off and we end the session.  Another thing that bothers me is I had shaved and I actually cut my shaft in two placed one half way down my shaft and another 3/4 the way up the shaft towards the body and this could have been a portal for the virus to enter. So Every since then I feel as something has been wrong with me and always sick.  The last 2 weeks I have had bad stomach problems and pain my stool has some blood and mucus in it and this is at 12-14 weeks afterwards so pretty much since week 2 things have been happening.  I have tested but the problem I don't feel as I have taken the right test as I do not want to go to a doctor or clinic as I live in a small town that everyone knows everyone and my wife would find out. So I have resorted to taking the oral home HIV test all all have been negative at 6 & 9 weeks and I was going to do another at 12 weeks but got scared that I was over testing and I was going to get a false positive.  Anyways if I was past the stomach concerns I would probably move on but this has me scared as i have read that a lot of people had the same stomach problem when they first got infected?  Also would a 9 week even being the home test be accurate at 9 weeks? Please help me as I am scared and needs someone to offer a professional opinion.

Relax; almost certainly you didn't catch HIV. Your risk actually was low, in fact virtually zero; and your symptoms are not typical for a new HIV infection. Most important, the home HIV test is at least 95% accurate by 9 weeks. Go ahead with a final test at 3+ months, which will be 100% conclusive. It will be negative.

But do see your doctor about the blood and mucus in your stool, which could be serious health problem. Assuming you have not been on the receving end of anal sex, it cannot be an STD. It has nothing to do with the sexual exposure mentioned.

And by the way, it's BS that your wife will know about any of this if you see your own doctor, no matter how small the town. That would be a federal crime with a penalty of at least $5,000.  It never happens.

Hi There,

I understand you worry but you had protected sex, - even if the lady had HIV (which we do no tknwo for sure) as long as your Condom stayed over the tip of your penis during penetration you are fine.

Do not worry about small cuts, if they were open they would be bleeding, if your cut was fresh with blood escaping and you had direct contact with blood escaping from a HIV infected person, it would still be extremely hard to catch it this way.

You do not need any more tests as you had a no-risk incident! :)

Kudos for using the Condom- keep up this good work and you will not require another test as it is then no risk...

You really are okay and do not have HIV from the above! :)

As for symptoms - ignore them - they do not diagnose HIV and are widely mis-reported across  the web - you are fine! :)

Best Wishes
