test negative but still symptoms????????????/

Done a pcr dna and a couple of rapid antibody test at 99 days post exposure.
Done hsv 1&2 Igg,Igm
All negative

Still i have recurring fever,loose stools,sore throat,fatigue,general unwell feeling,swollen lymph nodes at groin and armpit,groin pain etcc

i am worried.........................
please any one help which test should i do ??????????????????

i have been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency.....(11 ng)
i have read that vitamin D is important for immune system.Deficiency can cause autoimmune diseases...
Does that mean that this has affected my HIV test????????????
