the condom broke now im feeling hiv symptoms do i have hiv

I am a 30 year old African American women and I would like to know are the symptoms I am feeling is Hiv on January 10 I had protected sex but the condom had broke on the shift part of the penis. i took the morning after pill so I did not have to worry about pregnancy. but I was worried about all std. the only reason why because I do not know the status of the guy.we have been talking for about 6 months and the first time we do have sex the condom breaks. so on January 13 I got tested and treated for all std.. which came back all negative. about 2weeks my body was feeling different. my throat was swollen the left side of my neck was stiff and swollen and under my arm was swollen I went back to the doctors and did another hiv test and this was February 23 the results came back negative again. but im still feeling the same symptoms plus im starting to feel headaches . my body feels itchy or like a burning irritation. plus im starting to get lil black dots in certain places on my body and moles. is this normal . I went back to the doctor because my neck and throat was hurting so bad they tsted for mono and strep throat and thrush . everything was negative. my mucus is more , mucus then usual I cant stop spitting .I went back to the doctors on march 5 2019 and my hiv test came back negative I will be going back for my final test in april 7 that will make my 12week. but from my intercourse date of January 9 to my last test has been 7 to 10 weeks is it possible ido have hiv. im freaked out right about now and my anxiety and panic attacks are out of control. my left side of my neck is still swollen my swollen throat still feels scratcy on the left side it feels like a pill that will not go all the way down like its stuck my left arm is swollen in my arm pit. plus. im so scared right about now. could it be hiv in its just not detectable in my system yet. plus I lost 6 pounds or could that be stress please help me im going crazy and as my 12 week mark soon comes to appear im shaking in my boots I don't know what to do or feel. im scared. I need to know something. my body never felt like this before. ooo and my menstrual cycle is different I used to go a full 7 days now since the last two months feb-march have been 5 days what is that about all my life since I have been getting y menstrual have been 7days. not never once changed till now. and I went to the doctors they checked my cookie and it was all good I sent out for herpies test nothing negative. so why on my vagina lips on the side its a little bit swollen and feels of a tingling irritation feeling. but again no std. plus I have not have had sex since the intercourse please help.
