the risk of being exposed to inanimate objects

1. It is said that the HIV virus will turn to be not infectious when exposed immediately to the outside enviroment. Are those none-infectious HIV virus going to turn re-activated when exposed to fresh body fluid agian? Dose the "becoming not infectious" means "totally die out"?  For example, suppose that my friend, who is HIV carrier, used a plastic penis and inserted it in his anal without condom. After that, he didn't cleaned it, lettting his secrection fliud remained and dried on it. One day later, I used it again and definitely  those non-infectious HIV virus will get into my body when exposed to my fliud. Will I be infected?
2.  A HIV carrier cums inside a bottle of lubricating oil. After one day, I apply these oil in my penis and anal. In the bottle, it is fliud condition with relatively little amount of air. Will such circumsatance prolongs the time of HIV virus becoming not infectiuos? Will I be infected?

1. Did that happen? Is your friend HIV+?
2. What...serious?

This is not a "what if" game.
