Am I at risk of getting hiv?

Hi, i am 18 years old male from india. i had protected vaginal sex with CSW(intercourse for about 1 minute) before 4 months. It was my first sex. After 1and half month of exposure i got some flu like symptoms(extreme fatigue, fever, short breath and weakness).

i consulted my family doc. and he gave me antibiotics (didn't tell him about my exposure and hiv worry because of stigma around hiv in my country) and symptoms gone away within week.
i was dying in worry so i went for test on two month mark and came back nagative(non reactive), it was rapid hiv1& 2 antibody test(don't know generation).

But again after 3 & half months of exposure i developed red rashes on my body (specially on hands, legs and shoulder).new 3-4 rashes are occuring in every 2-3 days. now 15 days passed but am still developing new rashes. And from last 4 days i am facing a problem of loose stool like diarrohea. lost 2-3 kg weight.
i am just scared now and can't concentrate on anything even on study.
My questions are:-
1. can i infected even i used condoms(not sure was latex or other)?
2. can hiv spread through kissing (not too deep but if some blood should present, not sure)?
3. can hiv infection occure by removing condom by hand after sex and touching penis urethra by same hand?
4. are my symptoms hiv related? i got about 70% symptoms of possible symptoms, all are not mentioned including fungal infection.
5. can my two month mark negative result change after 3-4 months?
6. is this possible for someone to get hiv in first sex/exposure?
pls answer i am so scared and is risking my carrer...... waiting for answer from experts and from other users on this forum.
every answer will be greatly appreciated. and sorry for my bad english.

You have been given 2 answers to your questions, both said you had NO RISK and you do NOT HAVE HIV.

I will give you a third answer. You had NO RISK and you do NOT HAVE HIV.

Everyone on this forum will give you the same response.

See your doctor for the rashes and diarrhea. Neither have ANYTHING to do with HIV.

Thank you very much 'vance2335' for your response.... i greatly appreciate it.

But plz kindly answer my last question, I promise that i will not ask any question after this. it will be last.
My question is-
Rashes are developing all over my body....looking same as hiv rashes.
New rashes are developing in each 2-3 days, and now those are all over my body.
Are those not hiv related?
If not then why rashes are appearing on my body after 3&1/2 month of exposure?

Very loose stool in morning from 4 days now, but do not getting well.  Is it due to hiv?
plz answer...... I promise that it will be the last question.
i am so scared and need your help.
if someone other also can say something on this then plz kindly post a comment.

Protection means protection. If you used a condom and the head of your penis was covered throughout, then you had no risk of HIV and do not need to test further.
