thrush,red hair follicles

I had possible exposure 7 weeks ago,i tested negative 8 weeks ago,i have thrush and a group of hair follicles on my legs are red, they are in a group about 3 in long, they dont hurt or itch but i read these are hiv symptoms,my question is when do these symptoms usually appear in an hiv+ person, you can only see them if you look real close, admittedly im freaking out,now i think my lymph nodes in my neck are a little swollen, they dont hurt at all but when i touch them they feel larger than normal, please ur opinion is appreciated.

Testing is the only way to know, we don't play the guessing game. Will say that a one time encounter is low risk.
