unexplained weight loss

I am a pot smoker had an exposure 5 months ago, penis vagina sex and after some few weeks i got hospitalised.. I took an hiv test which came out negative but didn't take one for hepatitis.. After 5 months i took a test for hiv and hepatitis test and hiv was negative whiles hepa b was positive.. So i went further to make a liver function test after dat doctor says my liver has not been affected so i was given amedicine to take to protect it. But am experiencing weight loss and acnes in my face with dirty skin color.. Veins showing on my hands and legs... I learnt hepa b does not cause weight loss could dis be hiv?

Obviously not hiv since your negative. Hepatitis is your problem. Please take the appropriate measures and work with a doctor.
