unprotected oral sex

I  know the experts in this forum do not think there is any risk in oral sex.But I have some differences.

1.My prepuce is long and there are some inflammations on my precuce .In this situation will it raise the risk of infecting HIV?

2.When I made oral sex I ejaculated in the woman’s mouth, I want to know ejaculation will raise the risk for the person who received oral sex?

                                                         THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
