unprotected Vaginal encounter

Hello Doctor,
I had an unprotected encounter with my colleague before 4 months and I am really freaked out. We had unprotected vaginal encounters 2 times the same night. She works with a very reputed company and from an upper class family. I got a cold next day after the encounter and no fever.
I am worried about some pimples like rashes with where not much itchy or irritating on my upper body which usually appears once I sweat or finish my workout this started appearing after 1 month of the encounter. I did not have any fever or flu while the rashes appeared. I am getting tested soon this month and please let me know if this seems like an acute HIV symptom. I am too worried and even scared to get this tested.

Yes, I am going to get this tested soon. But not able to really handle the tension and the pressure.
