unprotected anal receptive sex

Hello everyone. I'm a bisexual male, and almost 4 weeks ago, I got really drunk, and met a gay guy at a bar. We went back to his place and had unprotected anal sex,  me as the receptive partner, (I know how stupid am I?)  I asked about is hiv status and he said he was negative. He also said he had had alot of sexual partners. So I'm guessing if he didn't use a condom with me, he probably didn't use them much with them. We has sex for possibly a few minutes, he didn't ejaculate inside me, I know I may have been exposed to precum. When he did ejaculate after masterbating himself he had a heavy load also. I have had some possible symptoms so far such as loose stools, some night sweats, swollen upper abdomen and bloated stomach, possibly due to a swollen spleen and/or liver.,, but along with this I've had heart burn and indigestion. Whether this is due to anxiety or not I dont know I tested 10 days after the exposure, which I know was really early, but that came back negative with the 90 day antibody test. I plan to get retested at 6 weeks and if negative again at 3 months post exposure. I know that symptoms dont tell whether a person has hiv or not, but I guess I'm looking to see whether the symptoms that I have are due to ARS or not. I'm really suffering with anxiety, and find myself looking up hiv on the internet, everytime I'm on here. I really need to stop doing that, as I know its just making me worse. Thank you in advance for your reply's. It's greatly appreciated.

The best advice I got once was from a Dr. on this site... "stay off the internet, most of what you will find will be conflicting and overly alarming."  The more you read about the topic that is stressing you the more you will mimic symptoms.  You'd be surprised at how your mind can do that to your body.  There was a time when I was convinced I was HIV+ and had every textbook ARS sympton then I got through the window period and like a miracle they all vanished within a few days.  Nothing you can do can make the clock speed up so I found it was best to keep busy and I created a calender to follow each day and I did things that I hadn't done in ages.  I had to plan each day to be full so I didn't focus on something I had no control over.  Also it helped me to talk to my closest friends - I'm sure I annoyed them endlessly but that was much more constructive than typing in HIV topics on google and going crazy.  My scare was well over a year and a half  ago and I was just thinking the other day that during my window period I couldn't imagine how time could pass so slow as if my 3 months would never get to me... but it did and things were fine.  I hope the same for you -- Just stop the internet searches and keep busy and best wishes.

Nothing to add to what your testing game plan is. Good luck.
