unprotected frottage with possible abrasions

Hi.
I am currently volunteering in a country with a high HIV infection rate (about 10% I think). About 10 days ago, I had a sexual encounter with a local guy (of unkown HIV status) I've been working with for months.
We engaged in unprotected frottage (with possible precum exposure), followed by protected vaginal sex sex. Because the intercourse was quite prolonged, aggravated by the fact the guy's penis was quite thick, and we didn't have any lubricant, I may have sustained some abrasions around my vaginal opening, and possibly internally due to dry sex? Also, he was fingering me quite roughly around the anal area too which may have caused some abrasions.
The next morning, we once again engaged in unprotected frottage (again, with possible precum exposure) followed by what was somewhat painful (and therefore brief) protected sex (I was still feeling raw and we still didn't have any lubricant).
I was just hoping someone could enlighten me as to my possible risk of infection with HIV if the guy was HIV +??  Does the possibility of abrasions/broken skin increase the risk of HIV transmission through frottage (especially with the possibility of precum)? And does dry/unlubricated but protected sex increase the risk?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
p.s. I am currently in a long distance relationship (and no, I didn't cheat - we have an agreement we can see other people until the time we are reunited), but I'm going back to my BF in 5 weeks time. Would it be possible to get a conclusive test result within a 5-6 week window of possible exposure? I really don't want to in turn to put my BF at risk. Are 4th generation HIV tests usually available in developing countries?
Many thanks!

That pre-ejaculate has already been exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you.Protection was used for penetration which is the main factor here.

thank you for your reassuring words - I feel much better now. But I'm just wondering whether you can explain why there was no risk involved? For example, if there was open skin and direct contact with precum? Thanks in advance!

You never had a risk of HIV infection and there is no need to test.

and just one more thing: during the second round, because it was painful, we stopped having sex. I was on top, and we just stayed in that position for about 10 minutes without any thrusting until he was flaccid. I'm pretty sure he hadn't ejaculated, but am also worried that any fluids may have leaked out of the condom and got on to me.
