unprotected sex - 5 weeks Western blot negative - retest?

Hi, I had unprotected sex with someone whose status I don't know. I was paranoid the whole time after that, measuring my temperature all the time. I took the western blot at 5 weeks and 4 days. It came out negative. Should I go for a retest, should I be worried?

A Western blot is not a primary HIV test, and is intended only as a confirmatory test.

You should test with a 4th generation test any time now for your conclusive result.  If you cannot get a 4th generation test, any HIV test is conclusive 90 days post-exposure.

Which means that a western blot I did at 5weeks doesn't hold good, right? Is it a good indicator or nothing at all. Been paranoid for some time now.
You probably don't have HIV, but just use a standard Ab/Ag (4th generation) test, or an antibody-only test at the proper interval mentioned in my response so you can get a conclusive result.
Thankyou ma'am!
