unprotected vaginal and oral sex august 6, 3 negative oraquick swab post 90 advice

Hello there still freaking out even though I went and got a tested 97 days post my high risk exposure which was unprotected vaginal and oral sex 2 times in one night with a 40 year old white woman I did not know other then meeting her that night, I do not believe her to be and IV drug user. I am a white male circumcised.  I was intoxicated and made a terrible decision I already know. I freaked out for 97 days that i contracted hiv and had all kinds of symptons or so I thought I did finally I went and got tested at a free clinic on the 97th day November 10th I had the oraquick test swab done and it came back negative, which I was not expecting and was super excited for, and I realized this is past the 3 month point where all test including the oraquick swab would be conclusive,  But 11 days post the test the results I started questioning the results.  So on December 1st  I went to cvs and bought another oraquick at home swab and took the test post 117 days the exposure.   Again test came out negative, again superised.  At this point I developed a very sore throat and it was hard to swallow and red with white spots on back of throat and lymph nodes swollen on jaws.  Again I was freaking out so that day on December 1st I went and had a STI panel and blood draw for HIV.  They told me results would be in 7-10 days and if I didn't hear from them that I was all clear, I know I went on the first but I am considering tomorrow to be the 10th day.  I told nurse of sore throat but it didn't seem to register. I then started sleeping poorly at night and started having night sweats and general fatigue which is uncharacteristic for me.  So sore throat and night sweats have been going on for past 2 weeks I know this can be anxiety based except the throat issue which is less inflamed but still some what sore. Again I accepted the negative result from the oraquick swab.  I viewed the blood test and STI panel as just a confirmation.   I had some serious anxiety today because tomorrow in my mind is the 10th day for the call to come from lab or not,. Anyways i convinced myself I am HIV positive so I went out and bought another oraquick swab test and took it that's 130 days post my high risk exposure.   Negative again all three oraquick swabs had control line and nothing else. I'm so convinced I have HIV I just want the lab to call so I can confirm and start treatment.  I am still thinking that the virus isn't active yet and the seroconverion hasn't taken place or that the 3 oraquick swab test were all wrong and gave me false negatives. I know the likelihood of the above isn't possible, but I still feel that I was infected with the virus and I haven't began to produce enough antibodies for the oraquick swab test to pick up even though post 3 months they're considered conclusive. I am pretty sure I'm just being neurotic.  I know everyone says test wins over symptons every time  Anyways in your professional opinion am I clear and do I need another test at the 6 month mark or should I just accept the results and continue living my life minus the unprotected sex thing anymore! Thank you for your time. H

3 follow up  questions.   any chance of 3 false negatives? Any chance strep, oral thrush or oral gonorrhea or chlamydia would change oraquick swab results.  Possibility of me not producing enough antibodies at 130 days.  Again thank you, from a worried well.

First, any HIV test taken 90 days post possible exposure is conclusive. Second, testing trumps any "symptoms" you may be experiencing. And, third, vaginal sex for men is NOT a high risk event. In fact, it is VERY rare for men to acquire HIV from a one time unprotected vaginal encounter with a partner of unknown status. How rare? Try 1 in a 1,000,000. It is so low, that most HIV docs and pros would not even recommend testing. Accept your numerous and unnecessary negative results as conclusive results. If you find yourself continuing to obsess over, and unable to accept the results I would strongly recommend seeking out a qualified mental health professional.
