unprotected vaginal sex very worried about HIV

I had unprotected vaginal sex 24 days ago with a woman who I know nothing about basically an older pub **** this was extremly stupid but I was extremely drunk. But she kept taking the condom off. I went to the doctors at 3 weeks had a std screen & hiv test this came back clear. Since then ive had terrible nightsweats & got very paranoid an bought a thermometer. when I woke up drenched my temperature was 36.4 normally it hovers around 37 to 37.4 during the day. I have zero appetite an the moment my head hits the pillow I begin sweating even in an Airconed room. Does this sound typical of ARS ?

Thanks for your responce I really appreciate it. Temps at 37.4 constant I will take your advice an retest Ive read about worry wells & that an dont wish to waste a lot of time I also got a pimple rash on my bum cheeks lower back & inner right arm. I realise  the anxiousness def is playing a partt. Thanks again for ur response

No that does not sound like ARS. Fever with ARS is over 38.5C. Symptoms or lack of will not tell you anything about your HIV status. The only way to know your status is by testing. You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
