vacuum blood draw risk in China?

recently i had a vacuum blood draw in a regulated hospital in China.

i can't remember whether if the nurse changed the needle to perform the blood draw on me.

and i think ,even if she DID reuse the needle, it wouldn't be a risk, here are my reasons. please let me know if i m wrong or not.

1-the blood would be flowing only outward, not inward. due to the pressure from the vacuum tube.
2-the tiny blood on/around the needle point wouldn't be enough to be infectious.
3-i think there was a time gap between me and the previous one who had a blood draw, maybe around 10 minutes or so.

i am still worried about it, please let me know if i m right or wrong. thank you all very much

Man....I had (any maybe still have) the same problem. I made more tests...at different private lab/clinics in my town. After the tests..I was...just like you.
I called ..and ask them. They told me that needles are for single use only. They do not reuse needles. Think about it. It's for their safety as well. No one would be risking moving around needles with blood. They are trained to do so. It takes little time to take the needle out... check this out. It takes 5 - 10 seconds for the needle. Watch the part between 1:25 and 1:35 for the needle... And no more than 30-40 seconds for the whole blood drawing episode. 1:20 - 2:00
