was i at risk during my activity

on the 27th of june i went to a massage parlor, and towards the end of the massage she gave me a handjob and i fingered her, and my worry is that i had maybe a couple of scratches on my scrotum what if she used her vaginal fluids to give me a handjob, the next day i woke up with an irritation on my penis and im sure it was due to the oil she used it went away in a couple of days, 4 days after the massage i realized i had thrush in my mouth, my tonsils look swollen and red and there are white patches on the back of my throat, and i still have thrush in my mouth, i am also having diarrhea often. i am also uncircumcised does that also add to my risk? im extremely worried, could worry also cause symptoms of std

hiv doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them, so you shouldn't try to diagnose from them either. Your repetition of the same question will not change the answer.

There are at least a dozen conditions that could cause the type of throat and mouth issues you are experiencing. Since none of us on this site are doctors.......and even if we WERE, we could not legally or ethically diagnose you WITHOUT examining you in person.....the only advice we can give you is to see your doctor. There ARE some STD's that can cause white patches in the throat, but they are NOT transmitted by handjobs. Even the very knowledgeable people on our STD Forum can not diagnose you and they will give you the same advice as you've been given here.......SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

Can HPV symptoms cause similar symptoms from a handjob, or only from oral sex
andrewbb "There are at least a dozen conditions that could cause the type of ..." That advice is why no one can diagnose from here, so you need to see a doc. For all we know, you might have Covid.

btw, your latest question is murky. Symptoms don't cause other symptoms, so I don't even know for sure what your question is - however it doesn't matter since you need to see a doc. This is an hiv prevention forum and you don't have hiv.
You were already advised in the STDs forum that you can't get any STD - including HPV - from a handjob.  Forget about this event and move on with your life.  See a doctor for your throat and mouth issues, which are NOT related to the handjob event.

I'm starting to wonder if my "oral thrush" is even thrush. What else can cause a red throat and white patches on your throat and also be transmitted through a handjob

Nothing is transmitted from a hand job to your throat. See a doc if you have health concerns because ignoring the possibility of coincidental timing, Googling random diseases, and self diagnosing without medical training, aren't going to give you any answers on your own.

The only risks for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration or sharing IV drug needles.  Touching your scrotum during a hand job will not transmit the virus as air is present. Air inactivates the virus.  People do not and will not get HIV from hand jobs.

The test was a waste of time since it only looks for hiv so it can't answer your questions about other diseases. Check the forums for  herpes or hpv for those questions. Reread about neither above

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (her hand, vagina, fluids etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe.
See your doc if concerned about thrush but it has nothing to do with hiv. Hiv docs can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to the and neither should you.
