worried ricky!!!

Greetings!

many many thanks for a wonderful work!

i was in south Africa for official work. on weekend i hired a prostitute (basically african) n came to my hotel room. we were about to make ready each other for intercourse. she was on bed n i was standing nude in front of her. my penis was fully erected n inner foreskin pulled. she hold my penis at inner foreskin area in her hand for 5 seonds n pulled penis forcefully towards her. same time thre was door bell n i wear underwear immediately n short after that went to open door.
after 5 min i back to room n i saw she was cleaning her hand with towel as her middle n ring finger actively bleeding. as per her she has removed band aid before just we start up.

i checked her both finger. cut is around 3 to 4 mm deep n actively bleeding as peel off skin with band aid. i bend aid her again.

after half hour my worries started as i recall that she hold n pull my penis. i open underwear n pull my inner foreskin of penis n found some blood stain on foreskin.

i asked her bout her hiv status but sh told she never tested n she is in this business from last 12 years also involved lots of protected and unprotected anal n vaginal intercourse.

now i worried lots also cant sleep night n night. life became hell.

my question is if she is hiv+ thn:

1. actively bleeding finger hold penis inner foreskin for 5 seconds transmit hiv?
2. like my situation during penis hold n pulled by actively bleeding finger, if blood trapped in penis inner foreskin risky or transmit hiv?
3. how risky is my exposure?
4. do i need hiv testing?

thx in advance.

This is my first time experience outside of my married life.

Can I continue unprotected sex with my wife as we are planning for child?

Reread all the advice because you don't seem to understand any of it and just keep asking new questions, which are the same as the old ones.

All she did was touch you so it is impossible to get HIV from that. I already told you that and because your situation is straightforward, that is all I can say.

Dear sir
It's not oral sex...it's bleeding hand finger to genital mucous membranes exposure.

She hold my uncircumcised penis inner foreskin area with bleeding finger also some of her actively bleeding cut blood trapped in my penis inner foreskin. Also she is African lady as I hv read high hiv infected area.
Still no risk? Or any need for testing?

Reread the part about "don't" and the 40 because you are repeating my advice and adding  question marks at the end.

As far as I can tell you didn't have penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal sex, so you don't have any risk for HIV and don't need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching. It doesn't matter if you and they were bleeding at the time either because it is effectively dead. It is a waste of time trying to wash off HIV since it is dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with so you had no risk.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air does not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.
