hi doc , am a male from Kenya (obama land) in july last year I picked up a prostitute and ..Though I did not engage in unprotected sex I pay to touch her genitals. I fingered her in the process for about 20 seconds but she said she didn’t like it so I stopped. I did not have any cuts nor abrasions on my fingers nor have I ever had I don’t bite my nails and am always neat and well kempt. I later drove home and washed my hands with soap and water and went on with my life. After like 2 months I got a stomach infection, went for chek up and the doctor said he thinks I had h-pylori he gave me some meds and after I felt beter never went back I had no other symptoms. The last hiv test I took was 5 years back and was negative. I am afraid I might have exposed myself even after reading and researching a lot about transmission by hand –genital and there appears to be no risk. Am a friend of science but also have m doubts but I want to get it from the doctors who are in the middle of all this. does me being in Africa make any difrence in my activity? Should I be worried or put my rational fears aside? Ave been frieking out and having very many bad thoughts on death and graves scared . pls advice

might i say i admire your work.. yu are a true hero in this world and those are hard to come by same as lizzie . hope your well. i am okay still on my 7 day therapy for h-pylori. lizzie said the same thing to me and i totally believe it now having heard it from two experts. hoping i will get beter soon. thanx a milion teak and take cre . have a nice time yu Rock!!
