Hair loss, Acne, 22 years old & healthy.

hello all! this may be a long post, I apologize in advance.
I am looking to see if anyone has dealt with any of the same symptoms I have been dealing with over the last 3 years. Around 3 years ago I went several months without having a menstrual cycle. During this time I also began experiencing hair loss and some cystic acne. I eventually had a period and experienced the worst cramps I had ever felt, I could hardly move and had to take a high dose of pain pills in order to get out of bed. I went to the doctor and she took some blood and then told me I had PCOS and told me to go to a gyno for a second opinion. I went to the gyno a few weeks later and she told me that I did not have PCOS but didn't really give me any explanation.
I began taking some vitex and using some essential oils and it has helped with my menstrual cycle but I still am having issues with hair loss and acne. I am healthy, I drink only water and eat pretty healthy. I stay in shape and weigh around 110. I have tried many different acne and hair products but none have been helpful.
I now also have been experiencing some yeast infections and wasn't sure if it was at all related.

any advice or recommendations  would be greatly appreciated!
