This morning i woke up quite tired as i only had 5 hours of sleep the previous night but as soon as i woke up i decided to clean behind my bed, which is extremely heavy, so i pushed my bed but when i did i felt a VERY small ache in my temporal lobe after a exerted my energy into pushing the bed, the pinch/ache was merely unnoticeable but im quite paranoid as i suffer from anxiety and i decided i ask here if its normal for this to happen once in a while
i don't have/had any headaches before, during or after the time i pushed my heavy mattress
when i chew on my left side it doesn't hurt at all
im not feeling dizzy etc:
i have/had no symptoms at all, just a small pinch on my temporal lobe that lasted a few seconds, and then the pinch came back again 15 minutes later when i though on it but it went away 3 seconds later. mind if i say the pinch on my temporal lobe is so unpainful i wouldn't even have noticed to care enough if it wasn't for my anxiety, but again im just trying to be safe
what could it have possibly been/be?
