Memory Problem and Paralysis

Father got into a motorbike crash. His head hit the ground and bled. Doctors gave him a drug for some blood in his head. Right now, father has memory problems, remembering few things. He can't say some words. He claims to have paralysis along the side of the head that hit the ground, in the arm, shoulder, hands, and he suffers pain, mostly in parts where he hit the ground.

Can somebody help me?

How long ago was his accident? If these symptoms started after he was released from the hospital and are getting worse you need to take him back to the emergency room. If his neurological symptoms keep declining it could mean he did more damage to his brain than the doctors originally thought.
No matter what you need to get him in to see a neurologist as soon as you can so he can start getting treated.

He needs  to have a full work up from a neurologist to determine
the potential  of a traumatic brain injury as well as its extent.  This would
include CT scans  and/or  pet scans as well as any other relevant tests.
They would  also do tests to determine the extent of the memory loss
and what area of the brain may have been effected. Then they could determine what the appropriate follow up would be within their clinical discretion. Make sure to detail any symptoms he is having and if they started right after the accident or later  on and if they have worsened over time. The doctors that treated him  should  also follow up as regards any physical injuries. He may require long term rehabilitation.
