Should I be worried or is there steps I could take up..and can anyone explain to me?

About 3 days ago, I cleaned up the stuffs in the attic which were left unused for years or more and as I turn back all of a sudden without looking what things were kept before me I hit the left side of my eyebrow I should say..it is hard to explain but it actually is the spot between the eyebrow and eyeball...the place close to eyelid I should say..i was hit by an iron gas stove which was large..used to prepare meal for large gatherings..it was painful obviously because it was huge as was solid iron...I didn't pay attention to it until after a couple of days I find it stressful to bear because my head hurts but it's not usual because only the left side where I hit was witnessing a headache..in particular..the area is hard to explain but according to how I could interpret..it is the delicate part of the left lower head..
And there is no discharge of blood or cuts in the affected area..only a minute scar which is almost unnoticable occur..
