TBI

I had been punched behind the right ear hard enough that it broke the top back left molar, and within an hour the outside corner of my right I got a bruise/blackeye. About four days later he became very dis-oriented and had an odd headache and my eyelids were swollen and they had a tinge of blue color to them,  I had laid down to rest that day and I kept dreaming that I was in excruciating pain, I finally woke up and realized that the whole right side of my face truly was in excruciating pain. I was a little bit disoriented but was able to get to a quick care. My blood pressure was 168/104, my right arm and leg were trembling. They had told me to go directly to the ICU versus the emergency room, But my abuser took me home. Years later I was telling the story to my neurologist after experiencing partial focal seizures, and she really didn’t say what she thought had happened but said I was lucky to be alive. I’m just kind of curious what the thoughts are of why she found my head injury being consistent with what happened four or five days later
